  • Treat all team members, coaches, and community members with respect
  • Wear modest clothes - no crop tops or tight leggings
  • Use appropriate language and behavior at all times
  • Listen actively and value different perspectives

🎯 Commitment & Responsibility

  • Attend scheduled practices and events regularly
  • Communicate in advance if you cannot attend
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects on time
  • Take ownership of your learning and growth
