At a Glance
- Age: 9-14 years old
- Commitment: Weekly 2-hour practices (August-February)
- Cost: $200 per student (scholarships available)

Ages 9-14 • August - February
Our FLL Explore and Challenge teams compete in the world's largest robotics competition for youth. Students work together to research real-world problems, design and program autonomous robots, and present their innovative solutions to judges.
What Students Learn:
- Robot design and programming using LEGO SPIKE Prime robots
- Research and presentation skills
- Project management and teamwork
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- FIRST Core Values: Discovery, Innovation, Impact, Inclusion, Teamwork, Fun
Season Timeline:
August: Fall Info Night, Team Formation, Build Party, and Hack-a-thon
September-December: Weekly practices, robot building, research project, and community demo
January 11: Regional Qualifying Tournament
February 8: State Championship (qualifying teams)
